When an attendant is not on site, use your key fob to enter the Coastal Cleaner laundry room and drop your garment bag off in the designated bin. You can also drop your bag off with concierge if you do not have time to enter the room.  If you have any special instructions for your order please submit an order through the pickup screen through the above link, our mobile app or  by calling us at 201-687-9028 or emailing us at Support@CoastalCleaneersNJ.com.  Please drop-off your clothes by 9am to ensure fastest turnaround time.  Finished product will be returned in 2 days by 6PM for pickups made Monday-Wednesday; orders on Thursday and Friday will be delivered on Monday by 6PM. Orders dropped off on Saturday by will be processed by Monday morning and delivered to you on Tuesday.  Orders dropped off after 9am on Saturday may not be processed until Monday morning.

If you need next day service please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for Pickup.  When an attendant is not on site, enter the Coastal Cleaner Laundry room with your key fob and proceed to the designated closet for your floor.  Your order will be clearly marked on the front and side.

Alterations

When placing an order, please input the details of the alterations you are wishing to make into the special notes box.

For hems, either pin off the length or include a pair of pants of the correct length and denote which pair you want altered.
